When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 1730hrs (GMT) will be shipped the same day
Can you hold stock for me?
Yes! We have the facility to hold stock for you until you need it
What is your delivery charge?
UK next day delivery charge is £6.50. Charges for earlier services and overseas services are available upon request
What are your opening times?
Our standard office hours are 0800hrs to 1800hrs (GMT). However, our customer services team is available 24 hours a day by phone.
What carrier do you use?
Dependant on the size of the order, but we generally use UPS. Customers are also free to arrange their own shipping with their preferred courier
What are your standard payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 30 days EOM.
